Microphone inspection

As a common inspection service for the electrical product, microphone inspection is an important project for inspection companies.

But how to ensure the inspection can be performed in a  professional and perfect way, let's share some inspection experiences as below: 

1, Appearance inspection

Check the appearance of injection parts for rough edges, pits, scratches, pinholes, sand holes, etc.

Check whether the painting parts have poor painting, coating off or other problems.

Check whether the assembly is in good condition, if there is too large gap,and the two faces should be flush. 

 2, Size inspection 

according to the drawing, measure whether the dimensions are within the tolerance.

3, Testing

Functional test, dB test, resistance test, aging test, odor test, paint adhesion test, wipe test, drop box test, barcode scan test, internal structure inspection.

4, Packaging inspection

Check if the packaging is in accordance with customer requirement, such as shipping mark, packing method, color box.
